If you wish to exchange an item for a different design, colour, or size (where applicable), please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order at info@beautythinklover.lk. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Earrings that have been worn or whose hygienic seal has been removed.
- Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
- Products with missing tags, damaged packaging, or signs of wear.
- Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance products marked as non-returnable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost, subject to verification.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment, damaged item, or manufacturing defect. In such cases, Beauty Think (Pvt) Ltd will cover the reasonable return shipping expenses.

Approved refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
